Topic for Wednesday, April 16th = SUPER Salads


When you're on the Core or Advanced Plan you will find you eat A LOT of salads! Salad are a great way to get in your 5-10 servings of fresh veggies every day as well as good fats and quality protein. What could be better? At this Lunch & Learn we will be discussing how to create AMAZING salads at home and how to avoid common mistakes when it comes to salads (unhealthy dressings, fast food salads etc).
